Weather-Normalized Comparison of the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 Heating Seasons.
Ennerio assessed heat consumption across 31 buildings managed by Turto Bankas, comparing the
2025-2026 heating season against a weather-normalized 2024-2025 baseline using Heating Degree
Day (HDD) methodology.

CONCLUSION
During the comparable November-March period, actual heat consumption across the 31 monitored
buildings was 387.9 MWh (7.4%) below the HDD-adjusted expected level. Twenty out of thirty-one
buildings recorded lower-than-expected heat consumption following weather normalization
Note: Expected consumption was calculated using each building's historical consumption intensity (kWh/HDD) from the 2024-2025 heating season and actual HDD values recorded during 2025-2026. November-March is presented as the primary comparison period because it represents a consistent heating season across both years.
Buildings with the largest reductions against expected consumption were observed at:
-
Building 1, Vilnius (- 122.7 MWh)
-
Building 2, Siauliai (- 66.6 MWh)
-
Building 3, Kaunas (- 65.6 MWh)
-
Building 4, Vilnius (- 59.5 MWh)
